Gym Chic
January 24th, 2011We don’t know about you, but one our New Year’s resolutions, here at Goody, is to become fully fledged gym bunnies! Now don’t get us wrong, we’ve had a gym membership for quite some time now but to be honest we spent most of the time in the jacuzzi or sauna rather than on the treadmill. Well that’s all changed and we’ve decided we’re going to do a proper workout but if you’re anything like us you’ll still want to look glam even when you are pounding the treadmill.
We want to look just as good mid-workout as we did when we entered the gym – after all you never know who you might meet! However, this is often easier said than done especially when it comes to your hair, which is why we adore Goody’s StayPut range! No matter how much we exert ourselves, we know that our hair we will be exactly as we want it when we finish our workout.
Aside from looking fab, it’s also important that we stay practical when we hit the gym, and the ponytail is the perfect style for this. POST PARTY HAIR
December 13th, 2010So you’ve danced the night away, maybe even had a kiss under the mistletoe and basically had the time of your life. Although the next morning always seems to be a bit of a nightmare as, if you are anything like us, you generally wake up to find your hair’s a tangled jungle, and nothing short of a miracle is going to help you brush it out.
Well ladies, before you venture out to your Christmas party you really should read our simple guide below to help you tackle the post party look. After all when you’ve had a few vinos the night before the last thing you want to do is try and untangle the mess that is your hair!
- First off, when washing your locks after the big night make sure you use plenty of your favourite conditioner.
- Then use the Goody Ouchless Shower Comb to detangle any knots in your
hair. - Whilst hair is still damp, use the Goody Gel Handle Vent Brush, to ensure vivacious, glossy locks. This undoubtedly involves spending hours mulling over not only which outfit to wear to impress your secret office crush, but also how to style your hair. So, last week we asked you to tell us which hair style you plan to rock at the office party this Christmas and most of you (50%) of you said you couldn’t wait to turn your hair into a mass of tumbling curls.
